DRIVERS MANAGEMENT

Adding drivers and associated drivers documentations as well as reminders about documents expiration dates.

Drivers name, address, email address, phone number, vehicle type, license and insurance expiration dates as well as every kind of documents in PDF or JPEG format. Also you can set if the driver belong to different sub-fleet or dedicated dispatcher and many other actions like SMS notifications, different kind of alerts, temporary disable or enable him/her. There is advanced search filed. For your attention there are colors in red and orange for documentation expiration dates to be able to see if the documents expires soon.

STAFF MANAGEMENT

Adding your complete staff such as dispatchers, account managers, administrators, tech team and so on.

Staff member name, address, email address, phone number, password. There are actions buttons like enable/disable SMS notifications, temporary ban and edit. You can also choose if the staff member is super admin. It means that member can see all of the system sections including core settings and payments pages. You can set different positions of the member. Owner, Dispatcher, IT/Tech, Tracker, Account Manager. There is also option to include or exclude the member from the chat system.

BROKERS MANAGEMENT

Listing and managing all of the carriers an brokers across the bidding and offering system.

If you are using our integrated offers system, broker list is automatically updated every minute. It populates with the broker details such as broker name, broker address and broker contact details (phone, email address). If you are on solo system you can add broker/carrier manually. There are two important options. To select if you have setup with the broker and even more important to check if you need to ban the broker from the system so that it doesn’t showing on the driver offers list. You can also ban the broker on the ‘drivers screen’ page.

LOADS MANAGEMENT

Listing all of the details about active loads such as invoicing, stage of transporting, locations, addresses, dates and so on.

When your driver get the load after your confirmation it’s listed on ‘Active Loads’ page. There are information about the load such as pickup and delivery boxes and the basic information about the driver. You can edit every piece of that information.

PICKUP: Company, state, address, zip code, date and time, time zone, urgency, empty miles, weight, pieces number, dimensions, order or PO numbers.

DELIVERY: Company, state, address, zip code, date and time, time zone, urgency, drivers price, your price, miles left.

There are also boxes with automatic calculations about distance from the different stages of transportation process, document uploader for invoice and RC pdf files as well as every stage of the driver progress in timeline format. Confirmation, arrival, loading, unloading, paperwork and so on with the GEO location (ZIP code) and precise time and date.

DRIVERS GPS TRACKING

Advances drivers real time GPS tracking including history locations logs and GEO maps. Web, Android and iOS applications.

Your drivers are equipped with our advanced location tracking software. Applications can be installed on almost all devices under iOS and Android operating systems. You can track drivers in near real time and they don’t need any additional devices. All current and key locations from the archive can be found on the ‘Active Loads’ link and there is a special link in the menu called ‘Tracking’ where you can zoom in on the map and see the exact current location and speed of the driver as well as nearby objects.

SYSTEM LOADS OFFERS

Transportation offers (loads) provided by our system and our partner broker and carrier networks. You choose the price for your fleet

By ‘system loads offers’ we mean in-house offers, which we offer integrated into the system from our partner brokerage and career networks. In this way, we make it easier for you not to have to look for bids elsewhere and significantly speed up bidding. That way you know exactly which zip code the offer is on and which driver is nearby as well broker setup status.

AUTOMATIC BIDDING SYSTEM

Unique feature! Allowing your drivers to bid for the system loads by them self. It can be automatic or manually approved.

Our main goal is to enable drivers to be able to send offers to your system themselves. They see all the offers within the radius they have determined. They enter the price and you can immediately see it on the admin panel.
There are 2 ways to do this:

  • To enable the driver to send the offer directly to the broker (the broker thinks that you sent the offer and the driver does not know to which broker he sent the offer) After this step you continue the communication with the broker as usual.
  • The driver sends the offer to you first and you or the dispatcher send it to the broker after consideration or modification.

FACTORING PAYMENTS MODULE

Integrated or custom module to handle payments by your factoring bank including reports, documents and fees.

The payment module is a significant part of the system because it also contains analytics about how much you have earned in a certain period of time. This module also contains information on the amount of the fee of your factoring bank, information on whether the broker made the payment and whether you paid the driver.

This is also related to the documents module which collects the necessary documentation which is sent to the bank for approval. This module also contains PDF generators. Since the requirements of factoring banks may differ, we can redesign the module to suit your needs.

INTEGRATED CHAT SYSTEM

Chat system connecting your staff to each other as well as you staff with your active drivers in the system.

The integrated chat system allows communication between company members who are active on the board if approved by the super administrator. Dispatchers can also see all drivers whose driver application is activated and those who are currently under load. This makes communication easier because other messaging applications do not have to be used.

DRIVERS REPORTING MODULE

Detail reports about your drivers activity such as miles, hours, their income and income they made to your company by the time.

This module allows you to know all the information about driver engagement in your company. There are detailed statistics on how many miles they have traveled, how much money they have earned, how much money you have earned in the time period you choose. You can also see how many times they have been hired in total. All reports can be exported in multiple formats, including PDF, XLS or print.

SYSTEM NOTIFICATIONS

Drivers receive notification of offers every minute either via native notifications or via SMS. Dispatchers receive notifications of key stages of transport so that they are always informed and do not have to call drivers manually.

We have been developing mobile applications for a long time to be able to enable business owners not to order special devices for their drivers. Our software uses GPS phone or tablet modules. It does not drain the device batteries more than usual. Location data is sent in near real time.
